ELITE AXIS
An add on to our other programs for the competitive and serious athlete wanting a more intense training experience.
Will include weight training program, cardiovascular training as well as specialized water ramp training during some mornings. Elite training will extend into the fall after water ramping ends.
Coach approval needed to sign up.
Cost: $245

Wet or Dry Suit, Life Jacket, Helmet, Skis, Boots
Equipment rentals available from the UOP: $5 per day per item or $20 per day for full set

A typical day of training at the UOP includes two water ramping sessions and two trampoline sessions as well as video analysis of athletes’ jumps. This may vary day to day due to events occuring at the UOP.
